Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence can be a time of intense change, identity exploration, and emotional complexity. Fiona offers a grounded and compassionate space for young people to make sense of it all. She focuses on helping the adolescent understand their feelings, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Fiona works collaboratively to create a safe, respectful environment where they can grow, reflect, and feel genuinely heard.
Parents and caregivers are an essential part of a young person’s therapeutic process. Fiona provides thoughtful support for the adults, involving them in a way that strengthens communication, deepens understanding, and builds a shared language around what their teenager is experiencing.
